We saw a woolly bear caterpillar on a recent walk, which inspired Ben to recite a poem he learned recently (provided I tape it, of course).
Caterpillar by Christina Rossetti
Brown and furry,
Caterpillar in a hurry.
Take your walk
To a shady leaf, or stalk.
May no toad spy you.
May the little birds pass by you.
Spin and die-
To live again a butterfly.
